So I got a little bored today and went down to see my good friend Colin

, who let me play around in the kitchen for a while. I'm thinking of putting these photos in my About Thyme brochure.

 This is butter seared Alaskan Halibut, crisp Leek Rings, Caper-Berry Topenade and a Roasted Yellow Pepper reduction...It may have actually tasted good. I forgot to try it, but am pretty confident that I would have approved.

 "Fin Back" Crab Salad with a Horseradish vinaigrette, Tomato and Chive confit, Basil and Sundried Tomato Oils. This I can attest to being very good.

 This is a picture of me putting the finishing touches on the above mentioned halibut. The background is intentionally blurred just encase you might be wondering.
