What an amazing couple of days it has been. Carson Robert is such a joy to have at home. He really makes our home feel like a home. I can honestly say that I feel my life now has a purpose. "Chowder" is absolutely dependent on Nancy and I, and knowing that sure does make you want to do your very best for the little guy.
Nancy is amazing. After witnessing what she has gone through physically and mentally not only over the last 8+months but also during the delivery of our future "All Star" was incredible. She really is amazing beyond belief.
Larri is also doing well. It is going to take some getting used to, but she is starting to understand that she is now a bit lower on food chain in the Wingate household.
Over the last few days Grandma and Grandpa Lewellen have been helping out a lot with getting things organized and situated around the house. In a couple more weeks Grandma and Grandpa Bruno will be coming to visit their new grandson and help with all the other things that go along with new babies.
