Snow

It was a very cold day for a snow machine ride!
We got on some snow machines and
raced around in some really powdery snow.
This of course is me hauling ass and showing off my expert snow machining skills, through some very deep and very untouched snow near Stanly Glacier about 60 miles south of Anchorage. If you mailed a packaged to The Middle of No Where, USA, this where it would be delivered to.

What a great day it turned out to be. When we started out a 10:30am it was very much over cast. When we arrived at the glacier, about 20-25 miles away the clouds seemed to part just for us to enjoy the beautiful mountains, trees, snow.

Taking a break before heading back. I can tell by the position of the sun that it is 1:37 pm.

this huge Iceberg sacrificed a calve for the cocktail party back in Girdwood latter that night.
