You know there truly is not a time that Nancy doesn't look absolutely stunning.
I have seen her at 4 am...Stunning.
I have seen her after camping for 2 days...Stunning...Stinky, but stunning.
I have seen her after an 8 hour flight into Detroit and then a 7 hour lay over...Grouchy and very irritable but still stunning.
I have seen her after running, biking, and swimming a triathalon...Sweaty and odoress, but still looking pretty good.
And then there is me.
Word on the street is that a renowned pharmaceutical company has developed and is waiting for FDA approval for a pill that would make my appearance my palatable, until then I guess everyone will just have to avert your eyes.
This is me at the Nancy Lake trail system or something like that, actually it is the South Roelly or Riley Campgrounds I believe. I'm doing a damn good job of holding down this bench and making sure that the fire that Nancy started doesn't go out. I believe that I had just finished throwing a fit because we had forgotten to bring marshmallows. Turned out to be a pretty bad camping trip, 10 minutes latter it started to rain. And it continued to rain all night and we came home early the next morning. Larri told me that Nancy is planning another camping trip after I get back from St. Louis. And it sounds like a 2 day hike through Resurrection Pass...Gulp!

Evan, Ihor, and Emily (Nancy and Larri also) went on an adventure down the Winner Creek Trail. The Sereda ( and I'm sure that I will get the correct spelling shortly) family came for a visit last week. Emily, Ihor, and Evan all seemed to enjoy their visit.
They went on a boat ride out of Seward and saw a bunch of wild animals. They went on a hike to the Matanuska Glacier and saw a bunch of really cold compressed ice, they even got to visit some real Alaskan Sourdoughs at their summer camp in Palmer.
Evan was a perfect gentlemen, if it weren't for the fisher price obstacle course that our house was transformed into you would not have even known he was there. Hopefully he will visit again when he is old enough to cast a fly rod, eh. Posted by Picasa
